Residential Conveyancer - Brighton.

Leading Legal 500 and CQS Brighton law firm are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a busy team.

The team handle of range of residential property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties which includes high net worth properties and some new build work.  Although the department are very busy, the emphasis still remains very much on quality rather than quantity and you will not be expected to manage a high volume caseload.  

This firm have modern IT and case management systems in place but you will also get secretarial support too.  

You will be able to hit the ground running and therefore you will have at least 3 years experience of managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.  You will also ideally have a qualification so you are likely to be either a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, however, applications from experienced Conveyancers who are not qualified will also be considered but you must be confident in managing a caseload from start to finish.
