QED Legal have been instructed on a new conveyancing role with one of Yorkshire most established law firms. The position will be based at their York office which is a short walk from the city centre and also benefits from on site parking.

The role would suit a Solicitor, FILEx, Licensed Conveyancer or an experienced Fee Earner. A typical caseload will contain a broad range of matters which will include but is not limited to sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), remortgages, leases, transfer of equity, new builds, shared ownership and deeds of gift.

The firm take a traditional approach to their work and the role offers a high degree of client contact. Much of their work comes from the local community and much is HNW. The firm benefits from a good deal of repeat business and referrals and does not rely heavily on panel work.

On offer is a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
