Residential Conveyancer

An award winning law firm is looking to expand their residential conveyancing team. The firm has been recognised for their continuous training and development, offering training contracts and senior/management positions.

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion, providing a comprehensive and professional legal service to the clients. You will be supported by an experienced conveyancing assistant throughout the transaction.

This position is ideal for an experienced fee earner, but applications for junior candidates will also be considered along as proven track record within a conveyancing team.

*Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
*You will be an enthusiastic individual with aptitude to manager all matters proactively and in a client friendly way
*Experienced using a case management system would be beneficial.

*£30,000 - £40,000
