Well-established Warwickshire practice seeks experienced conveyancing fee-earner to expand its residential property offering.
My client is a Legal 500 firm which is regarded as a leader in the local market, advising on non-volume conveyancing transactions across the Midlands area. The firm is highly thought-of with a network of referrers which has led to the conveyancing team growing to one of the largest practice areas and with further expansion planned.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced conveyancer to join the team, working in an autonomous role and dealing with transactions from instruction through to post-completion. You will be expected to have previous knowledge of conveyancing transactions including those relating to freeholds, leaseholds, shared ownerships, transfers of equity and right to buy properties, and dealing with sales, purchases and remortgages. You will be handling quality work on a regular basis and dealing with clients directly, including those who fall into the High Net Worth category and with properties to match.
The firm is ideally seeking applications from candidates who would classify as ‘qualified by experience’ although enquiries are also welcomed from licensed conveyancers and legal executives, providing they are able to work with minimal supervision. Remuneration is competitive and will be negotiable dependant upon proven ability within this field.
