This Legal 500, national law firm is recruiting for a residential conveyancer. The role would suit an experienced paralegal, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or NQ+ solicitor.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience in tackling high quality residential conveyancing. Knowledge of residential landlord and tenant, including assured shorthold tenancies and lease extensions is also an advantage.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are needed as well as the ability to manage a case load within a supportive team environment.

The firm would consider part-time hours rather than full time for a strong candidate.
