My client is a well-established, full service law firm based in West Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property Department on a permanent, full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 18 months’ experience within a similar role and have the ability to manage your own caseload from inception through to post completion. Experience with matters including freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build is essential. The successful Residential Conveyancer will also have previous experience using a Case Management system and be client focused.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 18 months’ experience within a similar role
• Experience with a range of Property matters
• Ability to handle a caseload from inception to completion
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• Strong client care skills
