We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our clients busy property team based in their Birmingham office.
The role will require you to advise on a broad range of residential property matters with a particular focus on plot conveyancing and residential acquisitions. You will run your own caseload and will also be expected to support and advise more junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will have good drafting and IT skills, and will be familiar with document management systems. It is also important that you have a high level of client care, are organised and work well as part of a team.
