-It acts on behalf of a number of major banks and financial institutions allowing it to be in the Top 10 of the Land Registry
-Handling a varied caseload with matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, Transfers of Equity and remortgage
-The successful candidate must have a minimum of six months' experience handling a volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion
-You will be well versed working towards various exchange and billing targets whilst working in a rapidly growing business
-The ability to use a case management system and work with little supervision is essential for this position
-It would be beneficial to have experience of title checking although this is not essential
