Residential Conveyancer, Manchester

Long established full service Manchester firm with a well renowned and traditional residential property team is looking to hire a residential conveyancing fee earner, solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join its residential conveyancing team based in the city centre.

Are you an experienced conveyancer with at least 3 years' fee earning experience, looking to join a well respected firm? This could be the ideal opportunity for you. It is essential that you can handle a broad range of conveyancing files on behalf of private clients, work autonomously and manage the process from inception to completion.

The firm is proud of its traditional values and acts on behalf of a number of repeat clients and high net worth individuals. You would be working in a non volume environment and you will be supported by assistants and secretaries.

You will handle your own caseload of residential property matters to include:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to include leasehold flats
* Shared ownerships
* Remortgage
* Right to buy
* Buy to let
* New builds
