Residential & Commercial Property Partner (Head of Property Department)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor with both Residential and Commercial property experience to join an exciting law firm based in Edgware.

Our Property department continues to expand and has increased turnover considerably over the past few years. This has created a real exciting benchmark in the department’s history. You will be joining an established department with a wealth of experience that utilises the latest conveyancing technology. The firm is always seeking for new and innovative ways to increase our client database, whilst simultaneously delivering an exceptional service to our clients.

We are now seeking a Solicitor, who is able to head the department and manage their team efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing a team effectively, whilst also ensuring that this does not have any adverse effect on their own caseload.

Candidate Profile

  •  Must have a minimum of 8 years PQE in residential and commercial property transactions.
  • A client following is desirable, but not essential.
  • Efficient and reliable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage their caseload and prioritise certain tasks where required.
  • Excellent computer skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Time-management skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work meticulously and accurately within a professional code of conduct.
  • Discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Punctuality and a smart, professional appearance.
  • Go beyond the call of duty and assist with any other matters which the firm may require from time to time.
