Remote Litigation Locum

Your New Role

The successful Litigation Solicitor will be handling a Property and Commercial Litigation caseload including but not limited:

About You

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (4-8PQE) and will be able to demonstrate good knowledge and understanding in relation to all areas of Litigation work

• A knowledge of Court of Protection property & affairs work including managing files prior to the settlement of personal injury litigation.
• Experience of statutory will and other relevant Court of Protection applications including drafting applications and all supporting documents.
• Experience of advising on LPA.
• An understanding of funding streams for packages of care including continuing health care and local authority funding.
• Knowledge of relevant personal taxes, benefits and other matters connected to personal finances.
• Experience of PI trust set up and management desirable
