A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a lawyer to join their Residential Property team.

THE ROLE
Due to an exciting period of growth, this firm is looking for a lawyer to join their property team. As a lawyer in the team, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions. Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership transactions.


ABOUT YOU
- You will be an experienced property lawyer
- You will have worked on your own residential property caseloads for a minimum for 3 years
- You will have experience of working on a wide variety of residential property transactions
- You will be a strong biller
