Job Title: Remortgage retraining to Intermediate Mover Conveyancer

Location: Manchester

You: Have you got experience in Remortgage and seek to become a mover conveyancing expert? If so and you are driven and ambitious their fast track remortgage to mover conveyancing training is the ideal way to accelerate your career in the professional legal services sector.

Profile: Experienced Remortgage Conveyancers who have carried an extensive caseload.

Opportunity: They will provide you with comprehensive training to allow you to join their transactional mover conveyancing team – starting then as an Intermediate Conveyancer. Training will then be on-going for you to progress through the various levels at your own pace.Once you join a conveyancing team you will quickly gain experience across a diverse range of cases. Your portfolio may include freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties. You will have the opportunity, should you wish, to undertake professional qualifications to work towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer.

The Role – Following Training

· Manage a portfolio of cases

· Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines

· Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates

· Build strong relationships, with clients and third parties communicating effectively and delighting them through your delivery

· Deal with legal enquiries

· Resolve issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered

The Person

· A natural self-starter with the ability to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needs

· Previous experience of supporting or carrying a portfolio of remortgage conveyancing cases

· Ambitious and able to follow a syllabus of learning and apply knowledge learnt

· Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs

· Excellent problem-solving and research skills

· Excellent verbal and numerical skills

· Flexible and able to independently judge potential situations, identify and decide on courses of action
