Due to our continued success, we are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as we expand the team further.

Role requirements

Your role will be an integral part of the remortgage team, ensuring provision of an effective and first class service to our clients.

You will be responsible for managing your own remortgage caseload and processing these from instruction to completion.

This will include liaising with customers, clients and third parties to provide a fast and efficient service. You will be working towards target completion dates, and be responsible for ensuring that the full remortgage process is carried out with accuracy and to our client expectations.

What we are looking for

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in running their own high volume caseloads.

Remortgage experience is not essential but you must have previous experience of running a caseload preferably within a legal or financial services environment.

You should also have previous experience of achieving monthly completions targets whilst giving attention to detail and maintaining a high quality standard of work.

You will be used to working to tight deadlines and of working within Service Level Agreements.

Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills are essential. Previous experience of using a case management system is also highly advantageous.

Most importantly, you will have a professional approach to work and enjoy a busy workload. We are looking for individuals who have a strong commitment to client care.
