Talented Regulatory Solicitor sought for a leading law firm in Essex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and dynamic law practice in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will work within the regulatory department, dealing predominantly with health and safety prosecutions. Previous experience in criminal law matters is essential.
Provide advice within a range of regulatory prosecution matters
• Health and safety
• Fire safety
• Food law
• Trading Standards
• Environment matters
• Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE comprising solid experience in criminal law gained from a reputable firm
• Expertise in health and safety/regulatory matters is preferable but not essential
• Excellent client care skills are required
