JOB TITLE: Interim Regulatory Lawyer
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
This highly regarded regulatory body is offering an exceptional opportunity for a talented lawyer to join them in maintaining, and protecting the integrity of, standards across their profession. The successful candidate will be covering a period of maternity leave within the organisation for a period of 9 months, joining an established and motivated team of regulatory professionals. This role is designated to handle more complex or high profile issues, and to provide casework advise and supervision to other more junior team members. This role is currently a remote working role, but may require office presence later into the contract.

THE CANDIDATE:
A Solicitor, Barrister or experienced Legal Executive, you will have solid experience of line managing a small team, assisting with technical legal queries and managing performance against set targets and expectations. You will have substantial experience within regulatory law or a related field, and will be passionate about upholding professional standards. This is a high volume and fast paced role, requiring high levels of accuracy and sound judgement skills.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
This role is a 9month fixed term contract opportunity offering a salary of circa £45,000 per annum dependent upon experience. In addition to up to 31 days annual leave per year, an attractive benefits allowance of £1300 is available to the successful candidate.
