We would like to hear from anyone with pre-litigated or litigated experience in personal injury or credit hire. Summary

• Job Title: Paralegal / Litigation Executive
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
• Reports to: Team Leader
• Previous experience: 3 months or more experience in personal injury including RTA, credit hire or other areas such as debt recovery.

The sheer size and volume of insurance claims in an ever-growing market has meant motor recoveries has become increasingly important. As a result, our client has developed a key specialism in this area and is looking to expand its national team with a number of new recruits in its Manchester office.

What you can expect

The department invests heavily in on-going training and career development. Successful candidates will develop their skills including:

• Drafting court documents;
• Case strategy;
• Negotiation; and
• Overall case management.

Fee earners are encouraged to develop their own caseloads as soon as they feel comfortable to do so. Successful applicants will also expect to develop client relationships so good communications skills are crucial.
