Recoveries Litigator - Bolton. This leading national firm is hiring within its impressive Credit Hire team. The department deal with pursuing subrogated recoveries on behalf of a number of large insurer clients This is an exciting and new role within the litigation team.

• Salary: Up to 24,000
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Term: Permanent
• Reports to: Team Leader
• Previous experience: Quantum negotiations

Delivering quality work

The successful candidate will effectively manage a portfolio of Delegated litigated cases to review and submit to the Court. Other duties include:

• Drafting of court documents and adhering to deadlines
• Organising, prioritising, and handling own workload
• Documenting all actions/strategies
• Liaising with policyholders
