Reconciliations Manager

Job Purpose:

Pure Business Group is currently recruiting for a Reconciliations Manager for our growing innovative company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reconciliations Manager to join an expanding business that can offer a long-term career within an exciting and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated manager and will oversee the payments associated with the funding process to ensure all payments are paid promptly. This role is best suited to a well-organised person who will work well in a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Funding reviews
  • Daily Proclaim reports to ensure the drawdowns balance and checking the bank to ensure all monies are received
  • Liaising with suppliers and reconciling accounts
  • Refund redemption reviews
  • Dealing with day to day emails
  • Ensuring HR updates are documented
  • Supplier/drawdown queries
  • Report reviews for missed funding
  • ATE queries for PLL on PCSS cases

Requirements:

  • Experience in running reconciliations
  • Experience in payment processing (Faster payments, CHAPSs)
  • Significant Client facing experience and the ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders

Key Skills:

  • Organising and prioritising skills
  • Confidentiality
  • Good computer knowledge (Advanced Excel would be preferred but not essential)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Methodical approach
