Job Purpose:

Answer the telephone and transfer calls as appropriate. Attend to visitors and deal with their enquiries face to face. Deal with the Royal Mail and DX post and scanning of mail. Liaise with marketing re collection and return of files.  Manage client meeting rooms, and organise conference and video conferencing call.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Screen and direct calls

·         Take and relay messages

·         Provide information to callers

·         Direct persons to correct destination

·         Collection and return of files

·         General administrative and clerical support

·         Tidy and maintain the reception area

·         Monitor and Tidy Client meeting rooms

·         Assist Facilities Deportment with client and customer requests

Primary Interactions:

·         All internal customers

·         External visitors

Education and Experience:

·         Good general education required

·         Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

·         Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Competencies:

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Professional personal presentation

·         Attention to detail

·         Dependable
