Our client is one of the world's leading international firms, and they are leaders in several fields of law.
The real estate department provide advice on all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, development, restructuring, investment and real estate finance.
The role will involve supporting a team of Solicitors, Senior Solicitors, Barristers, Trainees and Legal Analysts on contentious and non contentious matters such as M&A, disposals, JVs, infrastructure and energy, arbitrations, Land Tribunal inquiries and Landlord and Tenant disputes. You will also manage your own caseload and liaise directly with clients.
We are keen to hear from solicitors or barristers (England and Wales or Northern Ireland qualified, or those who are willing to requalify in England and Wales) with circa 1 - 4 years PQE gained in a reputable real estate department.
Whilst this is a predominantly remote role some travel to offices may be required from time to time.
