REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR – LONDON
Top tier Legal 100 practice has asked us to identify a dynamic Real Estate Solicitor to join their London team.
The Real Estate Team handle all manner of residential and commercial property-related matters from Landlord and Tenant to Construction and Development, Asset Management, Utilities, Conveyancing and Property Finance.
Working closely alongside a Partner on a broad range of real estate transactions including but not limited to: commercial landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, and general commercial property advice together with a variety of residential conveyancing matters both freehold and leasehold.
You will be encouraged to assist with marketing and business development initiatives such as writing for e-newsletters, attending seminars and attending other business development activities.
