Real Estate Solicitor - Manchester - 2-5 PQE

A leading international firm is seeking an Real Estate lawyer to join its highly regarded Manchester team. This is an innovative firm with a forward thinking approach offering excellent training, support and overall financial package. Agile working is promoted and encouraged.

The Real Estate Solicitor Role:

· Legal 500 recommended real estate team.
· You will act for a number of FTSE 100 and local clients, from supporting major UK infrastructure projects through to assisting clients in meeting their decarbonisation goals.
· The team advise some of the biggest clients with the most exciting schemes, all from the Manchester office.
· You will support a wide variety of work from commercial options and leases through to purchases and disposals, and with a specific proportion of your time with a focus on net zero projects.
· Management of large-scale projects involving the roll-out of leases or easements, utilising the latest legal technology and working closely with the paralegal division and junior team members.

Candidate Requirements:

· Solid real estate experience whether from a large national/international firm or a regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice.
· Experience of property work on energy and infrastructure projects- desirable but not essential.
· 2- 5 PQE.
· Strong ties to Manchester.
· Good academic record.
