Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate | 3+ PQE | Leeds with hybrid working

An award-winning national firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing team based in Leeds. This is an exciting time to join the team following several years of successful growth with plans in place to continue.

The national real estate team seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to join their team, based in the Leeds office. Under appropriate supervision, you will assist with a wide range of real estate work to include:

· Land acquisitions including options and conditional contracts.
· Property investment acquisitions and disposals acting for both buyers and sellers.
· Acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of business leases.
· Retail, leisure and healthcare development work (not including construction).
· General management work to include dealing with surrenders, licences, easements, rent reviews, lease renewals and property finance.

There is stellar client base made up of developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, property Investors, including family trusts, private office and global investment funds. Clients span a range of interesting sectors and there will be exposure and contact with key clients from the outset.

ABOUT YOU

· Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE.
· Experience gained within a large regional or national law firm.
· Property management and/or development experience will also be desirable.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
· Effective time and matter management and a systematic approach to work.
· A collaborative approach to working with all team members.
· Willing to engage in business development.
