The successful Real estate solicitor will operate as an effective member of the Guildford Real Estate Group working on a variety of residential property transactions to include acquisitions and disposals.

Experience Required:
- Previous residential property experience to include both freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds and some experience of the Help To Buy Scheme
- Knowledge of property legislation and relevant case law.
- Able to effectively manage their time to achieve client and internal deadlines
