Real Estate Solicitor - NQ-2 PQE - candidates qualifying this year(2024) with a real estate seat will be considered

You'll benefit from a varied caseload. Key elements of the role are as follows:

-Sales & acquisitions
-Landlord & tenant
-Securing lending
-Development work - for residential & commercial developers
-Option & pre-emption agreements
-Overage arrangements
-Corporate support

Candidate:

-NQ(qualifying this year with a real estate seat)- 2 years PQE - however candidates above this are encouraged to apply
-Real Estate experience- at least 6 months commercial property experience
-Good academics
-Ambitious & looking to progress
-Good client facing skills
-Team player
