Top 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its award-winning team.

Title: Real Estate Solicitor - 2+ PQE

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)

Key Responsibilities of the Real Estate Solicitor

• Manage a busy and varied caseload of transactions.
• Working with developers, landlords, investors and commercial tenants from a range of sectors.
• Build credibility with clients and develop own client relationships.
• Grow internal and external networks of clients, intermediaries, and contacts.
• Support juniors in the team by giving technical, business, and general advice.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Real Estate Solicitor

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE.
• Previous experience of commercial property matters.
• Ability to manage own files.
• Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service.
• Ability to coach and mentor more junior lawyers.
