Real Estate Senior Associate or Partner- Liverpool city centre

BCL Legal is working with a full service commercial firm(with offices in Liverpool and Manchester) on the recruitment of a senior real estate lawyer to be based in their Liverpool city centre office.

This role would be working with a Partner with a view to taking over their caseload of commercial property work. The Partner is looking to retire in 12-18 months so this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to work closely with them and take over an existing caseload of high quality work.

The caseload includes purchases, sales, leases refinances and commercial development.

The real estate team in Manchester is legal 500 ranked.
