Our client is an international law firm and they are looking to recruit a paralegal to join their real estate team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning law firm.

In this role, the successful candidate will be:

*Managing a busy caseload of transactions, for example dealing with licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, deeds of easement and drafting letters to clients and other parties.

*Dealing with leases, identifying defects and preparing a new modern form of leases, based on standard forms.

*Assisting with file opening procedures including preparing the first draft of retainer letters and ensuring compliance with money laundering regulations

Interested candidates must have a strong academic background including a degree (2.1 or equivalent) in law or equivalent qualification. Legal experience gained within a commercial real estate department is preferred.
