This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to join the Birmingham office of a Top 100 UK Law firm and assist on Commercial Property Litigation matters.

The Property Litigation team undertake work on behalf of regional and national clients and advise landowners and private clients on a range of commercial property issues.

A paralegal is now required to join the team and assist fee earners, your day to day responsibilities are varied and will include but not be limited to working on the litigation aspects of lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, which will include drafting notices, claim forms and witness statements; liaising with the oppositions’ legal representatives, day to day contact with surveyors, and general correspondence.


The successful candidate will be a law graduate who ideally has previous Contentious Real Estate experience. You will possess excellent academics and great organisational skills.
