Real Estate Lawyer 5+ PQE - Leeds

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate lawyer with experience in the Energy sector to join a highly respected international firm, based in their Leeds office. This will involve high quality and interesting work with an impressive global client base.

The Opportunity:

This exciting opportunity is with the Real Estate Energy team. You will have exposure to a stellar global client base which includes entrepreneurial new entrants and joint ventures to established independents, vertically integrated utilities, financial institutions, governments and well-known energy giants.

You can expect to deal with a broad range of commercial property matters with an energy focus. This will include acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant, asset management and portfolio management instructions for national and global energy clients. Transactions are largely high value and there is significant opportunity to be involved in high profile work.

Requirements:

* Solicitor with around 5 years PQE
* Ideally real estate experience gained within a large regional or city firm, where you have had exposure to quality work of the same standard
* Whilst energy experience is preferred, anyone with a special interest in the area will be considered
* The ability to deliver clients' needs in a busy and fast-paced environment
* A strong sense of commercial pragmatism
* Exceptional drafting skills

The firm offer a market-leading salary from around £70k upwards depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, hybrid working and excellent opportunities for progression.
