Our international law firm client are seeking an ambitious real estate lawyer to join their growing team in Cheltenham.

This opportunity will have a focus on strategic land, development and regeneration work.

The team advise clients, including landowners, promoters and developers, on the acquisition and disposal of development land. Whilst the practice is primarily focused on the house building and regeneration market, they also represents clients in corporate real estate, as well as leisure and retail. The teams expertise also extends into a mix of commercial development work and advice to land owning clients and estates.
