Real Estate Finance Lawyer

Real Estate Finance Solicitor:

Venn Group’s specialist legal team have partnered with an American multinational financial services institution who are recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to assist for a period of 9 months, covering maternity leave.

The ideal candidate must have deep transactional skills across investment and development finance as well as broad finance experience in other simpler forms of lending.

The work itself will range from lending and investment to securitisation and structured multi-family capital loans. The successful candidate will ideally need experience in dealing with Real Estate Finance transactions for all major commercial real estate types, including retail, industrial and office.

Job Details:

• August start
• 9 month contract role
• Hybrid working in London – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Candidate must be a qualified lawyer – 3 years PQE+
