We are looking for an experienced mid-level lawyer with pro-active attitude to assist one of the Real Estate partner with a growing client base.
The job will include running teams for secured lending transactions (including liaising with the banking and construction teams) and also acting on behalf of a number of other clients including investors, developers and owner occupiers.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their team leading and management skills in a collegiate and supportive environment as part of a successful and fast-growing firm.
Experience required
* Competent, confident real estate lawyer with a good breadth of experience.
* Real estate finance experience preferred but not essential.
* Works well within a large team.
* Good organisational and management skills with an ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Good written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail.
* PQE 5 years or above.
Other information
This is a full time, permanent role with working hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm subject to client demands on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, with one hour for lunch.
