A nationwide, progressive and people-orientated Top 200 and Legal 500 firm require an energetic and driven Senior Associate to join their Real Estate disputes team in Guildford.
The successful Real Estate Disputes Senior Associate will be joining a high-performing and engaged team who are highly experienced in dealing with all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, adjudication and formal court litigation, working with some of the UK’s largest housebuilders and developers.
Working collaboratively with the firms commercial disputes and transactional real estate lawyers, this will be a challenging and fast paced role where you will be involved in all aspects of property litigation, as well as driving business development and marketing across the Surrey region.
On offer is a generous salary, up to £70,000 along with home working options, and a wealth of other benefits such as 28 days holiday and flexible working options. This role will be based in Guildford, however occasional travel to the Southampton office will be required.

- In-depth knowledge of property litigation, real estate or/and property dispute
- Proven background in business development
