The successful applicant will manage a varied workload, whilst exceeding the firm’s high expectations of client care and professionalism.


Responsibilities

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisition and disposal of investment properties
• Dispute resolution
• Renewable energy projects
• Agricultural land and rural property
• Negotiating and drafting documentation
• Managing client/matter files
• Liaising with developers and other professionals
• Business development

The Candidate

• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Experience in real estate law is essential
• IT proficient
• Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative
• Demonstrate a flair for business development and marketing activities
