Real Estate Associate

Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established, Legal 500 law firm based in Manchester City Centre where an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join their highly successful Real Estate team.

The Manchester real estate team acts for a number of major corporates across all of the above sectors, institutional investors and property developers. They have one of the largest full service real estate teams of any global law practice and consistently ranked in directories worldwide.

The role

You can expect a diverse, challenging and rewarding workload in a progressive and thriving team. This will include running a varied and rewarding caseload and give you exposure to high quality work for clients across their team which includes

• Lettings and asset management for some major institutional real estate investors
• Wide range of national and international corporates with particular focus on the financial services and consumer sectors.

The successful candidate will be;

• 4+years PQE
• Wide-ranging commercial property experience
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Technical skills and knowledge
• Enjoy working as part of a team but be equally able to manage their own matters efficiently
