A prestigious, long-established law firm is seeking a talented and commercially astute Real Estate Associate to join its thriving real estate practice in central London.

This is an excellent career move for an ambitious solicitor looking to work on high-quality matters for a loyal client base of private investors, developers, family offices, institutional landlords, estates, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role;

This is a broad and engaging role, offering exposure to the full spectrum of commercial real estate work. You'll advise on:-

- Landlord and tenant matters and general asset management
- High-value investment acquisitions and disposals
- Development projects across a range of asset classes
- Property finance matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers
- Real estate support on wider corporate transactions

You'll work closely with experienced Partners on complex transactions while managing your own matters, with full support and supervision. The firm fosters a collaborative and supportive culture with genuine long-term career prospects and access to an exceptional client portfolio.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property law, gained at a reputable City or well-regarded regional firm
- Strong experience in commercial landlord and tenant work and general asset management
- Excellent drafting and technical skills, including title and lease reporting
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Confidence working with high-value and high-profile clients
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for building strong client relationships
- Experience in development work, investment sales/purchases, or property finance would be advantageous, but is not essential.
