Sellick Partnership are working with a top tier Legal 500 ranked firm in Leeds City Centre who are looking for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing Real Estate team. They have one of the strongest specialist real estate teams in the country and have a fantastic reputation in Leeds.

The role will include dealing with Real Estate matters such as:

• Landlord and tenant;
• Acquisitions and disposals;
• Development;
• Corporate support; and
• Financing transactions

What they are looking for

• 3+ years PQE
• Strong commercial real estate experience in private practice
• Proven capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
• Proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines
