The real estate team in the Bristol office of our well-known client forms an integral part of the wider real estate department, which has a strong presence in London as well as internationally.


The department has a diverse client base that includes substantial investors, property funds, lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords and occupiers. The international reach of our client’s cross-border, cross-sector team across Asia, Europe and the Middle East enables them to respond to varying client needs.


Working with the world’s leading property organisations, our client provides first-class real estate advice.


Our client’s teams are well versed in sector-specific transactions such as hotels, student accommodation, healthcare, energy and infrastructure, TMT and real estate funds.


An additional Associate (NQ- 3yrs) is sought to join the real estate department to further grow and develop its offering in the Bristol market.


This role offers great levels of autonomy and exposure. Working closely within a supportive team environment the work covers a wide range of diverse real estate cases of high level and large size acquisitions from both the Bristol and London offices.


This successful candidate will be involved in a range of areas within the practice group from corporate support, finance/re-finance, Landlord and Tenant (both sides) and general estate management of sizeable estates. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the senior members of the team in the real estate renewables work and will include acquisitions and disposals as well as complex structuring.

Essential Qualities:

  • Excellent academics.
  • Credible experience at another leading City/national or regional practice.
  • Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
  • Commercially driven.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.
