Real Estate and Projects Solicitor - Leeds

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well-established Firm of Solicitors based in Leeds who are searching for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their growing friendly team.
The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team and have experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of Real Estate Law.
The matters that will be dealt with generally are as follows:-

• Section 106 agreements and planning
• An understanding of developing agreements
• Drafting and negotiating agreements for leases and transfers
• Dealing with access rights
• An understanding of structuring transactions with reference to SDLT and VAT

Candidate Requirements:-

• 4-6yrs+ PQE.
• Ideally gaining a 2:1 at degree level
• Able to manage own caseload of clients.
• Very organised and able to prioritise work load.
• Use own initiative and work proactively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
