I am currently working with a specialist Conveyancing firm who have a solid grounding within the Property sector. The firm are now looking to recruit a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Aldgate on a permanent, full time basis.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be CILEx qualified. Experience managing your own caseload of a range of residential property matters such as buying and selling of properties, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgages is essential.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have at least 3 years’ PQE and be CILEx Qualified
• Ability to manage your own caseload
• Experience with a range of Residential Property matters
• Strong IT and communication skills
