Conveyancing Solicitor - North Wales

-Offering a wide range of services from property to family law
-Experienced team offering support and progression

The Role:
-You will be handling a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-The caseload is varied and you will be exposed to good quality work including:
* Sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
* Extensive client contact

Requirements:
-You will have experience of handling a varied residential caseload
-Team player
-Good work ethic
-Excellent communication and ability to build long lasting relationships
