Property Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen on the Essex/East London border for an experienced Property Solicitor who is seeking a challenging new role.

Our client has recently opened brand new offices in the area and is looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their team at a crucial time for the firm. They have already established several other departments and are now looking to set up a Property department to fully maximise the potential in this area.

Successful candidates will be Qualified and have a minimum of 2 years experience in Residential Property and also some light Commercial Property matters and Landlord & Tenant (although this is desirable and not essential).

They are seeking someone who is not only a confident Solicitor but also someone who wants to play an integral part in driving the firm and the new Property department forward at this exciting time. The firm's founders have a vast amount of experience in Marketing and Business Development and are seeking someone who shares their passion as you will be heavily involved in the Marketing Campaigns and bringing in new clients for the firm.

They have impressive technology in place, they offer a paperless environment, case management system etc.
