Property Paralegal | Derby | £18,000 - £23,000

Are you actively seeking a new Property Paralegal opportunity?

The Role:

A Legal 500 firm is looking for a Property Paralegal to work alongside their team in Derby. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to progress their career within Property law, taking on a mix of Residential Property and Commercial Property work. The role will involve a range of duties and responsibilities such as:

* Take initial instruction for Sale and Purchase

* Completing Land Registry applications


* Preparing reports on title

* Attending meetings and preparing notes


The successful candidate will have prior experience within Residential Property and ideally Commercial Property experience too, with experience supporting throughout transactions from inception to completion and post-completion.

Salary: negotiable on experience.
