A well-regarded and multi-accredited firm, our client is a full service practice with a team of expert lawyers providing advice and representation to broad and loyal client base. Undergoing consistent, organic, growth since establishment in the latter part of the last century, they invest in recruiting, training and retaining top talent in each practice area; further increasing their reach to clients beyond their Kent offices.
We are now tasked with sourcing an experienced and driven Property/Non-Contentious Solicitor to join our client’s highly-regarded practice in the Tunbridge Wells area. Working as part of the firms’ Non-Contentious department, the successful Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload with a focus on residential conveyancing, expanding to include commercial and agricultural property and private client work. The ideal Solicitor will possess a client following and/or strong contacts and participate in marketing and networking events to further strengthen and grow the department and firm as a whole.
You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 10 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded practice.
Applications are sought from those with significant expertise in Residential Conveyancing, Property and Private Client matters.
Solicitors with an existing client following are encouraged to apply, although this is not an essential requirement for the role.
First class interpersonal skills with the ability to take the lead in business development activities is essential for the position.
