Brand new vacancy and an opportunity to join probably THE firm in the South Wales market at the moment !!
Our client is one of the heavyweight names in the Cardiff market, with offices up in London as well, and they have now discussed with us this new vacancy within their very strong Property Litigation practice.. the team is incredibly busy with a wide range of excellent quality work and most importantly this is a chance to join a specialist team in these areas that is supportive and works closely together, highly ambitious and keen to develop their overall reputation still further, and innovative in the way they want to keep developing and progressing.. a fantastic work environment for an ambitious candidate with good Property Litigation experience so far in their career.
The team advises property developers, occupier and landlord clients on the full range of contentious issues which affect their property portfolios, and for example they undertake a full range of portfolio management work to include lease renewal litigation, forfeiture and possession proceedings, enforcement of breaches of covenant including dilapidations, rent review and service charge disputes, break notice disputes, and issues in relation to assignment and subletting. They also provide advice on development projects to include advice on easements, rights of way, vacant possession strategies and termination of occupancies. Every day is always different and you do actually get out of the office to meet clients or attend sites.
This is a role that will suit a candidate with some early years of Property Litigation experience in some of the areas highlighted above, but our client could also consider a candidate at the NQ level if you have a strong CV, perhaps have had a very strong Property Litigation seat as part of your training contract etc.
There is a strong salary package in place and excellent benefits.
