A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join my clients national, independently rated first class property dispute resolution team in Manchester.

My client, a Legal 500, highly-regarded practice is now looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated candidate with 3-5 years' PQE.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas is desired, but not essential:

• Landlord and Tenant work / LTA 1954 Act Lease Renewals
• Telecommunications related disputes, representing landowners and/or operators
• Dilapidations
• Contractual disputes
• Insolvency and Restructuring
• Possession claims
• Development constraints and rights of light work
• Rights of first refusal, residential structuring experience, residential tenants' rights (expertise in enfranchisement/ RTM)
• Energy and infrastructure related disputes
