Property Litigation Solicitor

Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor in Liverpool looking to join one of the UK's leading and award-winning commercial law firms?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top tier Property and Property Litigation department on Merseyside where you'll be dealing with high quality and complex Property Litigation matters.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years’ PQE) and have previous Property Litigation experience.

Your new role will see you:

• Managing your own varied caseload of Property Litigation files (both commercial and residential)
• Dealing with commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals, injunctions, and more
• Residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery, and disrepair for housing association and residential landlords
• Work alongside the Solicitors and Partners in the team, assisting with their complex caseloads when necessary
• Support and help to develop the junior team members/fee earners

You'll be working as part of a vastly experienced Property Litigation specialist unit, and you'll be supported and encouraged by the team to reach your career goals and progress.
