The ideal candidate would have around 1 years’ PQE+ in dealing with landlord and tenant matters (acting for either landlord or tenant), residential evictions, forfeiture of leases, commercial evictions, dilapidation claims, leasehold enfranchisement, and service charge disputes. The 4-lawyer team is highly experienced and well known for the high level of technical excellent it offers through its bespoke service to commercial clients and individuals.
